Put the cookies in the blender jar and make a smooth powder.
Put the in a mixing bowl abd add salt, butter and honey and mix with hands up to a crumb consistency.
Then spread it on a tart pan and press all over perfectly making place for custard filling. keep it in fridge for 30 mins
In a sauce pan add milk and allow to boil.
Then add sugar and melt in.
In another cup add custard powder and 2tbsp of milk and mix well without lumps.
Add this to the boiled milk and stir constantly to prepare a thick custard. but it should be bit flowly as custard tends to thick while chilling.
Pour the custard on the cookie tart and tap on the platform.
Keep it in the fridge for 15 mins
In the meantime slice apple and strawberry. Deskin and deseed the orange.
After 15 mins place ghe fruits on the custard pressing a little.
Keep it in fridge until set..
At the time of serving demould the tart pan and cut it and serve..
